The New England Law Review shall serve the legal community as a nonprofit student-organization established under the auspices of the New England School of Law, as its official Law Review.  The primary and paramount purpose of the New England Law Review shall be to promote legal scholarship, with both a national and international focus, through the publication of a scholarly Law Review; to focus on dynamic and contemporary topics, the published discussion of which will be of benefit to the legal community; to provide the legal community and the general public with source material for legal research; to promote the educational purposes of the New England School of Law by encouraging academic excellence; and to stimulate the academic excellence of each member, so that each may enjoy a lifetime of honorable and professional service within the legal community.
