ARTICLE IX

Dissolution

Upon the dissolution of the New England Law Review, the Executive Committee shall, after paying or making provisions for the payment of all liabilities of the New England Law Review, dispose of all of the assets of the New England Law Review in such manner and to such organization or organizations established and operated exclusively for educational, charitable, scientific, or literary purposes as shall at the time qualify as a tax exempt organization or organizations under the revenue statutes of the United States, as the Executive Committee shall at that time determine.  Any assets not so disposed of shall be disposed of by the New England School of Law, exclusively for such purposes or to such organization or organizations as the New England School of Law shall at that time determine.
