Ariana Seifert

Ariana Seifert is a Comment and Note Editor of the New England Law Review, Volume 55. She is a 3L Juris Doctor candidate and will graduate in May of 2021 with an interest in criminal law.

Before starting at New England Law, Ariana interned at the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, aiding prosecutors in the Domestic Violence Unit and Drug Recovery Court. Following her 1L year, Ariana interned at the Office of the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Civil Division, where she focused on incidents of bias and hate crimes. In the fall of her 2L year, Ariana interned with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, Major and Cyber Crimes Division. In the summer following her 2L year, Ariana was also afforded the opportunity of becoming a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Raffi N. Yessayan in Bristol County Superior Court.

Ariana is from Johnston, Rhode Island and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Johnson & Wales University in 2017. Outside of law school, Ariana’s interests include: true crime documentaries, hiking, and kayaking.
