Lauren Beimfohr is an Executive Comment & Note Editor of the New England Law Review Volume 55.  She is a 3L Juris Doctor Candidate and will graduate in May 2021 with an interest in business, tax, and trusts & estates law.

Prior to attending law school, Lauren spent over two years working as a Paralegal for Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf, LLP.  Following her 1L year, Lauren interned with Investors Bank, working in its in-house legal department.  During her 2L year, Lauren participated in New England Law | Boston’s Tax Clinic and was a Tax/Legal Intern at Baker Newman Noyes.  Lauren spent the summer after her 2L year working as a Research Assistant for Professor Lustig in New England Law | Boston’s Center for Business Law.  In addition to her role on the New England Law Review, Lauren is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. 

Lauren is from Mountain Lakes, New Jersey and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice Studies, with a concentration in Crime and Criminology, along with Minors in Biology, Criminal Justice, and Legal Spanish from James Madison University in May 2015 and received her Paralegal Studies Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University in September 2016.
