Executive Comment & Note Editor
Harley Clement is an Executive Comment and Note Editor for the 53rd volume of the New England Law Review. She is a third-year J.D. candidate and will graduate in May of 2019 with an interest in healthcare law and regulatory compliance. Currently, Harley is completing a judicial internship with Associate Justice Kimberly S. Budd of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
Following her 1L year, Harley was a judicial intern in the Roxbury division of the Boston Municipal Court during the summer of 2017 and a legal fellow in the General Counsel’s Office at South Shore Health System during the spring of 2017. Throughout her 2L year, Harley worked as a Law Clerk at Foster & Eldridge, LLP, a medical malpractice defense firm in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In addition to her role on the New England Law Review, Harley is also a student ambassador, member of the New England Law negotiation competition team, reference desk assistant in the New England Law library, and research assistant to Professor Robert A. Coulthard. Harley is from Kissimmee, Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal/Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida in 2014.
