Andrea Sorgi Spano

Andrea Spano (she/her) is a Comment and Note Editor for the New England Law Review, Volume 58. She is a 3L candidate for Juris Doctor, 2024 and a member of the Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Program.

Andrea received her BA from Penn State University, where she was a member of the NCAA lacrosse team. Andrea left her career as a sales executive to attend New England Law | Boston and is the founder of a non-profit advocacy organization dedicated to land use matters. She is a zealous advocate for special education reform and specifically helps children with dyslexia navigate the public school system.

Andrea will be focused on special education and disability law upon graduation in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Andrea lives with her husband, two young children, and two dogs. In her free time, Andrea coaches soccer, is an art enthusiast, and is a competitive tennis player.
