Hayley Gervais

Hayley Gervais (she/her) is an Associate Member of the New England Law Review, Volume 58. She is a candidate for Juris Doctor, 2025.

In the spring of 2023, Hayley was a legal intern with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families, where she gained exposure to child protection cases and got to assist in adoption proceedings. Over the summer of 2023, Hayley was a judicial intern to the Honorable Howard P. Speicher at the Land Court and focused extensively on zoning litigation and G.L. c. 40A, §17 zoning appeal cases. Hayley is currently the Intake and Outreach Coordinator for the Identity Affirmation Project. Hayley hopes to focus more on land use and estate planning after law school.

Hayley is originally from Millville, Massachusetts. As an undergrad, she attended Suffolk University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Literature. While at Suffolk University, Hayley worked as a peer writing tutor. In her spare time, Hayley enjoys reading and baking.
