Ivanela Rogers

Ivanela Rogers (she/her) is a Comment and Note Editor for the New England Law Review, Volume 58. She is a 3L Juris Doctor Candidate in the class of 2024 and is interested in a career as an assistant district attorney after graduation. 

In the summer of 2023, Ivy interned for Judge Sabita Singh at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. She's looking forward to interning for the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office during the fall semester.

Ivy was born and raised in Bulgaria but plans for her law career to keep her in the Boston area. She graduated from the American University in Bulgaria with a double major in Political Science and International Relations and History and Civilizations, focusing on Islam and Islamic culture. After college, she worked for a boutique immigration law firm in New York City before deciding to pursue a law degree herself. In her spare time, Ivy enjoys distance running, expanding her vinyl collection, or reading.
