Jason Land

Jason Land (he/him) is an Executive Article Editor for the New England Law Review, Volume 58. He is a 3L Juris Doctorate Candidate and will graduate in May 2024. Jason has also previously been a member of the OGM Project at New England Law | Boston.

This past summer, Jason served as a judicial intern for a federal judge in the District Court of Massachusetts. As a judicial intern, Jason was responsible for drafting memorandums summarizing the legal merits of various issues for upcoming motion sessions in pending cases. He also helped to review and edit opinions to be published. Additionally, in the summer of 2022, Jason interned as a law clerk for a Boston law office specializing in asbestos-based litigation. He was responsible for drafting and editing various legal documents and discovery requests and reviewing discovery responses.

Jason is from Katy, Texas. Jason graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Public Relations. At Texas Tech, Jason was involved in various organizations, including the Public Relations Student Society of America, The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, and The Gamma Beta Phi Society. When not reading and studying for law school, Jason enjoys going to new restaurants with friends and discovering new TV shows to binge.
