Joe Morse (he/him) is a Comment and Note Editor for the New England Law Review, Volume 58. He is a 4L Juris Doctor candidate in the part-time evening program and will graduate in May 2024.

Joe is a Principal Regulatory Analyst at National Grid, a leading utility company serving Massachusetts, New York, and the UK. In his role, he manages regulatory commitments and engages with State and Federal regulators to ensure prudent investments made by the company are approved for cost recovery. He is interested in regulatory law, corporate law, employment law, and alternative dispute resolution, among other practice areas.

Joe resides in Billerica, Massachusetts, and graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Outside law school, he enjoys cooking for his family, spending time with his three children, and volunteering where needed.
