Nicolas Read

Nicolas Read (he/him) is a Deputy Technical Editor for the New England Law Review, Volume 58. He is a 3L Juris Doctor candidate in the day program and will graduate in May 2024.

In the summer of 2023, Nicolas interned at BDO, where he found an interest in International Tax Law. Nicolas is currently the Secretary of the OUTlaws, the LGBTQ student organization.

Nicolas is originally from Switzerland and, more recently, from Lake Forest, Illinois. He attended Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and German Studies. Having spent his Junior year in Munich, Germany, Nicolas moved back to Germany after graduating, working as a legal assistant in a boutique complex litigation firm. In his spare time, Nicolas enjoys reading, baking, wandering around Boston, and traveling with his husband.
