Rachael Bourk (she/her) is an Associate Member of the New England Law Review, Volume 58. She is a Candidate for Juris Doctor, 2025. 

In the summer of 2023, Rachael worked in criminal defense for a Boston area attorney. Her primary interests are criminal law and public interest. This semester, she will be participating in a public interest clinic where she will be representing and providing legal advice to indigent clients as a 3.03 certified student attorney. 

Rachael was born and raised in Rhode Island and earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA. Before attending law school, Rachael spent a year working at a firm that specialized in asbestos litigation; her time there inspired her to move back to Boston and attend law school. In her spare time, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.
