Vanessa Saucier

Vanessa Saucier (she/her) is a Comment and Note Editor for the New England Law Review, Volume 58. She is a 3L Juris Doctor Candidate and will graduate in May 2024.

Vanessa is an intern at the Rhode Island Family Court, working for the Honorable Richard Merola. In the fall of 2022, Vanessa worked as an SJC 3:03 Certified Student Attorney at the New England Law Clinical Office, where she assisted clients in their family law cases and solidified her passion for helping families and children. Vanessa spent last summer interning in the litigation department at DarrowEverett LLP in Providence, Rhode Island, where she worked on family law, Guardian Ad Litem cases, personal injury, and zoning issues.

Vanessa is from North Providence, Rhode Island. She graduated magna cum laude from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island, with a bachelors in Administration of Justice. Outside law school, Vanessa enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time by the beach.
