Victoria Fahey

Victoria Fahey (she/her) is a Comment and Note Editor for the New England Law Review, Volume 58. She is a 3L Juris Doctor Candidate and will graduate in May 2024 with a primary interest in intellectual property.

Currently, Victoria is working with a professor researching feminist theory and how it relates to issues within copyright law. During the summer of 2022, Victoria worked as a fellow at Greater Boston Legal Services. This organization provides pro bono legal advice and representation to low-income families in the Greater Boston area. She is also the Vice President of the Art and Fashion Law Society. 

Victoria is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and received her B.A. from Georgia Southern University, where she majored in International Relations with a concentration in Security and Diplomacy and minored in Spanish. Following her undergraduate studies, she worked at a real estate law firm specializing in bankruptcy law. Outside of law school, Victoria enjoys exercising, traveling, and baking for her friends and family.
